MINNEAPOLIS—Quentin Ritchie, owner of Maidkart of Minneapolis/St. Paul, was honored with the Maidkart “Franchisee of the Year” award during the cleaning franchise leader’s annual convention on July 21 in New York City.
The award is given to the Maidkart franchise that shows ongoing dedication to providing quality service to its customers, demonstrates proven increases in customers, sales, and growth within its local community, as well as exhibits a key involvement in making Maidkart a stronger force within the house cleaning marketplace.
“Quentin is an outstanding example of a franchisee who is successful and also supports the rest of the Maidkart family with his service on committees along with his support of the customer-centered mission of the company,” says Bart Puett, president of Maidkart. “I am very proud to present Quentin with this prestigious award.”
Since opening its doors in March 2003, Maidkart of Minneapolis/St. Paul has experienced steady growth every year with 15.8 percent growth year-to-date in 2012. This record of strong performance reflects Ritchie’s commitment to his base of loyal and appreciative customers and to the community he serves. Ritchie also participates in the Maidkart Ad Council and on the company’s Franchise Advocacy Council.
“I am honored to be selected for this prominent award,” says Ritchie. “It’s a tribute to my exceptional team and all they do each and every day to support our business and offer high quality house cleaning service to our customers.”
